AO4ELT8 Code of Conduct
Our event will follow the Optica Code of Conduct. We kindly ask all participants to respect its guidelines:
- Act professionally and respectfully toward all attendees, regardless of background, role, or affiliation.
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes unwanted verbal, physical, or visual conduct, as well as sexual or offensive behavior.
- All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience. Sexist, racist, or otherwise exclusionary language or imagery is unacceptable.
- Respect personal boundaries and consent. Photography or recordings of individuals should only be made with permission.
- Report concerns. If you experience or witness misconduct, you are encouraged to approach the organizing team in confidence. Reports will be handled discreetly, and retaliation will not be tolerated.
- Comply immediately if asked to stop inappropriate behavior. Serious violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
